Editorials & Headshots
What is editorial photography?
Editorial photography typically refers to the images that appear alongside articles in publications (i.e. magazines, blogs…etc.), but really this category encompasses any photograph that tells a story. An artist in their studio, a chef in their kitchen, an entrepreneur on the go… etc.
How do you get the best results?
Despite their often candid appearance - editorials require diligent planning, preparation and research. Think mood boards, colour palattes, and Pinterest. I like to meet my clients beforehand, so we can get to know each other and develop trust. Together we brainstorm locations, wardrobe, props etc.
What is my photography style?
My priority is to make you feel safe, supported, and celebrated. You're a badass, and I want to capture that - so other people can see that too.
